7-10 Old Bailey, London EC4

Bowen plc has recently completed the construction of the 7-10 Old Bailey design & build office development.  This site is in a prime location within the heart of London, with the Old Bailey Courts and Amen Court as its adjoining neighbours.

The building area is approximately 9000m², built over eight floors.  All main plant is housed on the 7th floor roof level, with minor plant rooms in the basement to provide office space to Basement and Ground floor levels.  With reception on the 1st floor, the fully fitted out main office space is on 1st to 6th floor levels which will be finished to Category ‘A’ standard.

The building also boasts an impressive central atrium running vertically from the ground floor and tapering off at roof level. The atrium’s design is devised to be both aesthetically and ergonomically pleasing by taking advantage of the natural lighting, while creating an inspiring focal point that harmonizes the structure perpendicularly.

Our team has recently, proudly received a City of London Gold Award achievement and a Considerate Contractors ‘Performance beyond Compliance’ award for this project.
