Syon Park Hotel, Isleworth
Bowen plc is currently on site for the new design and build hotel for The Ability Group which is intended to serve as a destination venue for both leisure and business customers. This 4 Star Hotel will comprise 155 guest bedrooms with conference, banqueting and dining facilities together with a swimming pool, leisure and spa facilities.
The Banqueting Room and other various sizes of meeting rooms will provide an ideal venue for business conferences, social events and wedding receptions. This area will have a separate entrance allowing the hotel restaurant and bar to be able to cater for non-residents and visitors to Syon Park. Following on from this, the hotel leisure facilities including the swimming pool, gymnasium and beauty treatment areas are also intended to serve not just the hotel guests but the visiting members also.
The structural form has been developed to suit the building layouts and function, taking into account value, environment, sustainability and safety to provide a suitably robust structural form.
