University Hospital Lewisham
Built on an existing and occupied, confined hospital site bounded by the Ravensbourne River, this PFI contract consisted of constructing a 7-storey 20,171m² concrete-framed flat slab ribbon shaped building approximately 120m x 20m. The new building primarily houses patient wards, but includes links to existing facilities such as theatres, out-patients, and pharmacy and services routes.

Edgware Hospital
This project was conducted in two phases it involved the construction of a 12,500m2 state of the art steel framed hospital wing, together with the 5,500m2 refurbishment of an existing 1920’s building. South Tees Acute Hospital, Middlesbrough
A PFI project involving the construction of 66,000m2 of new hospital facilities and the refurbishment of a further 11,000m2 on an occupied site, with extensive and specialised M&E works throughout. Additional works include landscaping and the creation of 2,100 new car parking spaces.
