CK Patel – Pre Construction Director
Over the last 30 years CK has worked for Mowlem plc of which the last year was spent working for Carillion plc. He was a board member for the Major & Special Projects division  for the last 12 years whilst working for Mowlem plc, plus he advised the Mowlem Main Board on Risk Management.

He has worked on a wide variety of projects in various sectors including retail, residential, leisure, industrial, defence and PFI ranging in value between £10m and £2bn.  CK worked as a Joint Venture Director on the PFI project at South Tees Acute Hospital worth £125m.

CK has extensive Client cost, value and risk management experience and plays a critical role in terms of communication with the Client throughout the life of the project ensuring professional delivery is adhered to at all times to guarantee that the project is kept within budget and within programme.

Ray Cutts – Construction Director
Over the last 40 years Ray has worked for Mowlem plc where he gained a vast amount of experience working in various sectors including commercial, housing, retail and industrial schemes ranging between £10m to £200m+ in value.  He was also a board member for the Major & Special Projects division.

Ray has overall responsibility for project delivery, making sure it is built to budget, on time and most importantly safely.

Ray has an open door policy and is very much ‘hands on’ in respect of the Client and his Consultants. He has an approachable, can do attitude and has an enviable history of producing buildings of excellent quality. Ray’s manner means that the Client and his Consultants can enjoy the building experience.

Ian Posnett – Commercial Director
Over the last 22 years Ian has worked for Mowlem plc where he gained a vast amount of experience working in various sectors including commercial, housing, retail and industrial schemes ranging in value from £10m to £200m+.  He was Commercial Director of the London and South East Region in the enlarged group following the takeover of Mowlem plc by Carillion plc.

Ian is responsible for all commercial matters of the project from receipt of Tender to agreement of the Final Account. This covers both financial and procurement aspects, ensuring that adequate resources are available at all times.

Ian works closely with the Client and his Consultants to ensure that tight budget control is maintained throughout the project and that proper risk controls are implemented.  He also has a pro-active approachable style, whether it is efficiently and promptly agreeing Contract Conditions, or exploring ways of overcoming problems so that the Client’s interests are continuously maintained within a win-win solution.
